Play for a Purpose: Support Childhood Leukemia Warriors
The Childhood Leukemia Warriors Foundation is hosting the annual Play for a Purpose board game event, a unique fundraiser aimed at supporting children battling leukemia and their families.
The event will feature a massive game library, competitive play-to-win games, tournaments, along with silent auctions and raffles. All proceeds go directly to the foundation’s mission of providing financial and emotional support to families affected by childhood leukemia.

Childhood Leukemia Warriors Foundation’s provides financial assistance to families who currently have a child being treated for leukemia at Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Loyola Hospital in Maywood, Comers Children’s Hospital In Chicago
It costs Childhood Leukemia Warriors Foundation around $2,500 per family to offer them support while their child is being treated for leukemia. This process lasts 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years. If a patient relapses and must start over, Childhood Leukemia Warriors Foundation continues to offer support to that family as long as it takes.
