CMON Feature Friday: The Art of Games

Board games are the result of a lot of different elements coming together. You have the mechanics, of course, but there are also the components, the rules, the packaging, and the art. All of those factors have to work together to create the whole. 

For this week’s CMON Feature Friday, we decided to take a look at the art of board games. Entire stories are created with board game art. The illustrations on cards, tokens, boards, and rulebooks immerse us in fantasy worlds, horrific landscapes, or alternate realities. It’s hard to imagine what games would be like without art!
